Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Ceridian Dayforce, our chosen HCM (Human Capital Management) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, enterprise software implementations, and experience working with HR, payroll, and workforce management systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Dayforce platform, on time, within scope, and on budget.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of the Dayforce implementation project, from planning to post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including resource allocation, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and report status to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage communication between internal teams and Ceridian implementation consultants.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
  • Support data migration, testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and governance throughout the implementation.
  • Lead post-implementation review and support transition to ongoing operations.

Let's Talk About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in HCM, ERP, or enterprise software implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Ceridian Dayforce (HR, Payroll, or WFM modules).
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and/or workforce management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
