We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored product solutions to meet client objectives.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Utilize CRM software to meticulously track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to optimize client experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, technology products, or complex services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales prospecting methodologies.
- Fluency in a second language relevant to target markets.
