Position Summary
The School Campus Coordinator is responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the campus, ensuring a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment for students, staff, and families. This leadership role supports campus operations, admissions, staff supervision, student programs, and compliance while promoting a positive school culture and exceptional customer service. This is a twelve-month leadership position requiring flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend events, admissions activities, and school functions.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Operations & Administration ● Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. ● Manage office operations, records, attendance, purchasing, inventory, and administrative processes. ● Coordinate maintenance requests, facility needs, scheduling, and campus readiness. ● Support school events, assemblies, and special projects. ● Maintain high standards of organization, presentation, and customer service.
Admissions & Community Engagement
● Conduct campus tours and support admissions events, open houses, and enrollment initiatives. ● Serve as a positive ambassador for the school. ● Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and community partner ● Respond to parent inquiries and support family engagement activities.
Teaching & Learning Support
● Conduct regular classroom learning visits. ● Support instructional excellence through feedback, coaching, and monitoring of classroom culture and student engagement. ● Assist with curriculum initiatives, school improvement planning, and professional development opportunities.
Staff Leadership
● Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support for teaching and support staff. ● Assist with onboarding, mentoring, performance management, and implementation of school policies and expectations. ● Foster a collaborative and positive professional culture.
Student Programs & Field Trips
● Coordinate extracurricular clubs, enrichment activities, and student leadership opportunities. ● Plan and oversee field trips, ensuring appropriate permissions, risk assessments, transportation, and supervision. ● Support student engagement through special events and school-wide activities. Safeguarding, Compliance & Health and Safety ● Serve as a Deputy Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and support the implementation of safeguarding and child protection procedures. ● Maintain safeguarding records and ensure concerns are reported and addressed appropriately. ● Conduct regular health and safety inspections and coordinate corrective actions. ● Support emergency preparedness, including fire, lockdown, and evacuation drills. ● Complete and maintain accident, incident, injury, and compliance records. ● Liaise with external agencies, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required. ● Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Other Duties
● Participate in leadership meetings, committees, and strategic initiatives. ● Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful operation of the campus.
Qualifications and Experience
● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in education, school administration, or campus operations. ● Experience supervising staff and coordinating school programs. ● Admissions, enrollment, or customer service experience is an asset.

● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. ● Proficiency with educational technology and student information systems. ● Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and student well-being. Pay Range: We anticipate the salary range to be$48,000 - $55,000 CAD. An individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors which include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Extended benefits may be offered to eligible employees including PTO, company paid holidays, and other insurances.
