Marketing - Client Acquisition and Retention Assistant
About the role
MKS Financial Services, located in Regina, Saskatchewan, is known for helping protect the financial well-being of families, businesses, and employees. We are looking to add one (1) full time Marketing - Client Acquisition and Retention Assistant to our team. Preference will be given to someone with experience in marketing and or event planning. Knowledge of life insurance and or investment industry is not required, but is a added bonus.
If you are creative, proactive, detail-oriented, have great communication skills, and a drive for delivering an exceptional client experience, then we want to hear from you!
As a member of the team, you will also need to have strong relationship-building skills, and a drive for continual improvement for yourself and client services.
The Key Responsibilities For This Role Include Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Advertising an asset
Develop and manage email campaigns
Coordinate marketing efforts to align with Head Office campaigns
Creative content creation: Create engaging and interactive social media posts while following compliance
Video creation and editing
Create internal and external marketing materials
Coordinate and execute the purchase and delivery of client gifts to maintain and enhance relationships and client satisfaction
Plan, coordinate, and execute client events to enhance client experiences and to generate leads, and follow up with leads
Maintain a record of client interactions via CRM
Professionally respond & assist clients who inquire via phone call and/or e-mail
Perform general office duties such as email, mail, scanning, filing, supply maintenance, and computer updates
Prepare monthly reports
Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Will Have experience in marketing or event planning, a post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of experience and education
Have strong project management skills with prioritization and anticipation of needs
Experience Using Canva And Other Related Programs Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Is patient and composed under pressure
Has strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools, Internet usage and Contact Management System
Have strong knowledge of social media, technology systems and other applications
