About the role

  • NFL Universe Football is one of the leading sports experiences on Roblox, with a highly active player base and constant live updates. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help fuel that momentum — using creative testing, fast iteration, and a deep understanding of how games grow on the platform!
  • This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who enjoys being in the weeds: experimenting, shipping, and learning quickly. It’s not about long-term strategy decks, but about running ideas, seeing what works, and doubling down in real time
  • 🏈 You’ll own how NFL Universe Football shows up both on-platform (thumbnails, icons, discovery optimization) and off-platform (social, community, and creators), working closely with Product, Art, and Community to turn every update into something players notice and engage with
  • Come up with ideas for thumbnails, icons, and Roblox page visuals
  • Work with our artists to brief and refine visual concepts (you won’t be creating 3D renders yourself)
  • Publish and test assets directly on Roblox
  • Review performance dashboards and identify what’s working (and what isn’t)
  • Recommend and execute the next round of experiments based on results
  • Help ideate and execute content for platforms like Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram, TikTok
  • Capture Roblox gameplay footage and create simple, engaging videos
  • Support community engagement initiatives tied to in-game moments or updates
  • Bring inspiration from other Roblox games and creator communities
  • Support creator or YouTuber experiments
  • Contribute to new ideas that drive player growth or engagement
  • Help move ad-hoc projects forward when there’s an opportunity to test something new
  • While experience with the following tech stack is NOT expected or necessary for candidates, please see below a typical stack you may interact with:
  • Roblox Creator Dashboard / analytics surfaces
  • YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights
  • Discord + community tooling
  • Monday.com / Google Sheets (content calendar + creator tracker)
  • Figma / Photoshop (or equivalent)

  • Experience creating or managing content for social platforms (personal or professional)
  • Strong familiarity with Roblox — as a player, creator, or active community member
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • You don’t need years of professional experience - personal projects, side projects, or creator work count!
  • Proven ability to take ideas from concept → execution → publish
  • Strong instincts for trends, especially around key NFL moments (Draft, Kickoff, Playoffs, Super Bowl, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with basic analytics (dashboards, Google Sheets) and explaining performance in practical terms
  • Collaborative, proactive, and open to feedback and iteration
  • Experience with short-form content creation (capturing gameplay, light video editing, platform-native formats)
  • Understands how sports fans engage — teams, rivalries, hype cycles, and live moments
  • Experience working on or around Roblox games
  • Experience in gaming, UGC, or creator-led communities
  • Exposure to SEO, social optimization, or performance-driven content testing
  • Existing familiarity or relationships with Roblox creators or sports creators
  • Passion for American football and broader sports culture!
