Showcase Eaton Centre is looking for a Store Supervisor. Someone who’s reliable, positive, and thrives on the sales floor. This role is perfect for someone who can jump in where needed, support the team, and bring the right vibe every day.
You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, lead by example on the floor, and help keep things moving behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Bring the energy to the floor with great sales habits and guest engagement
- Keep things organized and on track with daily store tasks
- Support training, behavior, and execution—especially when the manager is off the floor
- Lead with good vibes and strong follow-through
- Help make sure the store feels great, looks great, and performs great
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who loves to sell and serve guests with confidence
- A team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable stepping up and supporting store leadership
- Reliable and organized, with good communication
- Someone who’s excited to grow into more
