The Role
S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Territory Sales Manager to cover Eastern Canada. Handling multiple product lines, the ideal candidate will be versatile, knowledgeable, with the capability to grow and develop sales and opportunities for our 5 divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call potential customers and develop a growing Dealer network
- Travel to have meetings with all current Dealers and Customers
- Drive new sales in the marketplace
- Identify product development opportunities in the marketplace
- Work proficiently within S3's MRP system to generate sales orders, quotes, and search for inventory and product lead times
- Receive calls pertaining to parts, service, warranty, and customer inquiries and/or complaints
- Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
Qualifications
- Bilingualism is essential
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience and account/business development admin skills
- Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment while being a positive and cooperative team player
- Capable of working with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy, a calm and composed demeanour in high-pressure situations and pay attention to details
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Agricultural background is preferred
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License, and willing to travel frequently and extensively for work
- Minimum of Grade 12 Diploma
