IT Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Mosaic’s IT systems, ensuring systems and hardware are proactively maintained, reliable, and secure, and service delivery meets business needs. You will provide technical support to other teams, and lead IT projects, assisting teams with risk assessment, coordination, implementation, and ongoing application support.
As an experienced people leader, you will mentor, coach, and develop the IT Team. As our IT subject matter expert, you will deliver clear and concise recommendations and business cases to the leadership team and other stakeholders to support the continuous improvement of Mosaic’s IT program.
This is a full-time in-office role. If you are keen to lead a great team and passionate about delivering solutions to help people work more securely and efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.

Mosaic is a vertically integrated real estate development company with a focus in the Greater Vancouver area. Mosaic’s in-house team manages every stage of the new development process—from land acquisition, design, and approvals to financing, construction, marketing, and sales—delivering new multi-family high-rise, low-rise, and townhome communities across the region.

Who You Are
You have 10+ years of experience working in IT along with at least 5+ years’ experience as a people leader with a track record of bringing out the best in others. Bonus points if you have worked in an MSP.
You are customer service oriented, and solutions driven. People would say you run a tight ship. You know how to explain even the most complex technical issues in a way anyone can understand.
You are a person with a plan, eager to demonstrate results. You have experience managing budgets, projects, setting KPI, and presenting business cases for positive change.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You know how to manage competing priorities and ensure your team has the support they need to succeed.
Finally, you can maintain a high degree of confidentiality, you lead with integrity and genuinely care about the work you produce and the people you support.
