Job Description This is a full-time, remote position with up to 20% travel. Must be located in Canada. The Client Services Manager is focused on client retention, revenue retention and growth, and overall customer satisfaction.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Maintain direct contact with customers after a sale.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
- Works with various departments to meet services goals.
- Understand our products and how customers utilize them.
- Work closing with clients/customers to make sure they utilize our products to create the most value.
- Be the day-to-day contact of an assigned customer base. This can include making sure billing is accurate, provisioning new users, and introducing new product features.
- Schedule and conduct strategic quarterly meeting (either onsite or remote) with all clients/customers
Qualifications Minimum Education: Post secondary degree or diploma
Required Skills And Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Detailed oriented
- 2+ Years’ experience in Customer Services or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Must be able to work remotely.
Desired Skills And Experience:
- Property & Casualty industry experience is a plus.
- Bilingual French
- Experience with large corporations and senior managers and above.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $91,000 - $105,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
