Holman has an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Ordering Specialist based in Mississauga, ON.

What will you be doing?

  • Place factory orders within 48 hours utilizing on-line or complete manufacturers worksheet and input order in DCS/Website and retrieve manufacturer order acknowledgements daily
  • Assign delivering dealers for factory orders
  • Audit clients back up and factory orders
  • Manage vehicle ship thru or ship to
  • Assist in concession applications
  • Manage order changes or cancellations
  • Manage FleetTrak processes (order discrepancies, price negotiations etc)
  • Maintain manufacturers order guides and communicate bulletins to Sales Team
  • Negotiate dealer mark ups
  • Issue, revise and pay upfit quotations
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

  • Post-secondary education or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ARI’s current programs and services, departmental policies and PIE goals.
  • Experience with ARI’s other proprietary systems (i.e. Fleetrak, Evos, Evolve).
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $50,650.00 - $73,445.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
