About the role
Kidco Construction is seeking reliable, hardworkingGeneral Labourersto join our commercial excavation division for the 2026 season!
Our ideal candidate:
- Will perform general labour tasks such as moving pumps, fueling water pumps, picking rocks, raking, shoveling, site clean-up, etc.
- Is physically capable of lifting, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for long periods of time, etc.
- Has experience working around heavy equipment (preferred)
- Is able to work in a team environment and follow basic instructions
- Can work in all types of weather conditions
- Is able to work overtime, 6 days a week
- Has reliable transportation
What We Offer:
-**Competitive Hourly Wage:**Based on skill and experience -**Pay Increases:**Based on performance -**Overtime Pay:**After 8 hours each day or 44 hours per week, whichever pays higher -**Vacation/Holiday Pay:**Additional 9.6% payout on top of your regular and overtime hours -**Full Benefits Package:**Our benefits provider, Greenshield, offers coverage for dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance.
