Job Description
We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java backend development to build scalable, cloud-native distributed systems for the Cards & Payments domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system design, microservices, AWS cloud, AI-assisted development tools, and data engineering technologies such as Python and Databricks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and building solutions from scratch.
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of software development experience Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices AWS Cloud Python Databricks Oracle or any similar relational database JavaScript or TypeScript Experience building large-scale distributed systems Strong system design and architecture experience Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development/LLM coding tools Experience in the Cards & Payments domain
