YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

• Operate Lube Truck and Boom Truck Equipment;

• Operate service equipment such as: Cassette equipment, Telehandler and tractors;

• Inspect working equipment on a daily basis;

• Inspect working environment by scaling rocks;

• Ensure health and safety requirements are met;

• Operate other equipment associated to the operation, as required;

• Any other duties required by the supervisor.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum of 1000 hours of experience on Boom Truck and Lube Truck Equipment or Heavy Equipment;

• High School Diploma;

• Transport slinging and rigging experience an asset;

• NAC Certification or DEP en Extraction du Minerai or equivalent;

• Underground certification or equivalent such as Mining Modules required for the position;

• Valid Approval Letter under the Explosives Regulations or equivalent document such as Explosive Permit;

• Possess the physical requirements to perform the job;

• Possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to work in team;

• Experience working in a multicultural environment;

• Strong ability to effectively communicate in English (oral and written);

• Position reserved for Inuit Beneficiary candidates.
