What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a skid-steer, telehandler, front-end loader and excavator to support production and material handling.
- Assist in day to day maintenance tasks on a mobile crushing plant, including plant break downs, setups and moves.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Load materials efficiently to meet production and quality targets.
- Communicate effectively with team members while following all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

- Proficient in operating heavy equipment with strong situational awareness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operating procedures.
- Capable of performing basic equipment checks and reporting issues promptly.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in various outdoor conditions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- Plant moves across Southern Alberta and moves every 3-4 months. LOA and Accommodations are provided when plant is more than 1 hour away from Calgary cooperate limits.
