-Please note that this is a 3-month contract, with a possibility of extension.

  • This is an in-office position Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday's.

The successful candidate should be technologically savvy and have a strong commitment to delivering accurate and timely results that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This position will report to Urban Barn's Ecommerce Merchandising Manager.

What You Will Do:

  • Create, update, and manage campaign landing pages, product listing pages (PLPs), contest pages, and promotional site content. Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized to drive conversions
  • Maintain and update core website pages, including PLPs, product detail pages (PDPs), and category pages. Identify outdated content and make improvements to enhance clarity, usability, and overall shopping experience
  • Work closely with Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure all images and creative assets are live, accurate, and ready for launch. Support product pages by adding enhanced content and visuals
  • Build and manage “Shop the Look” features to support campaigns and storytelling. Coordinate user-generated content (UGC), ensuring proper usage rights and accurate display on the website
  • Assist in publishing blog and website content that supports SEO initiatives. Follow best practices, including metadata, internal linking, and content organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve website performance and conversion rates. Set up and run A/B tests, track results, and share insights to drive continuous improvements
  • Use tools like GA4 to monitor website and content performance. Provide insights and support regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Work with Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, and Design teams to plan and execute projects. Communicate updates and ensure deadlines are met

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Ecommerce/Website Content Specialist or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
  • Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar CMS) with hands-on experience managing website content, landing pages, and product pages
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, basic SEO tools
  • Knowledge in web design – HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and reporting
  • Experience with Wrike, Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools is an asset
