We are seeking an Assistant Director, Digital Services to join our team

in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.  

As the Assistant Director, Digital Services, you will provide strategic

leadership, operational oversight, and people management to cross-functional teams that deliver and support critical digital and business solutions across the organization. You will foster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement and service excellence, ensuring your teams’ services, processes, and technologies meet the evolving needs of members, employers, and corporate stakeholders. 

You will be accountable for the quality and effectiveness of services provided

by your teams, including building and continuously improving practice methodologies. Acting as a key liaison between business and IT, your teams will deliver solutions and operational support across Member, Employer, Retirement Management, Pension Administration/Operations, Corporate, and IT Services. 

You will lead team leads, business analysts and QA/tester and oversee the

creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of branch practice areas, including business analysis, requirements management, testing, functional design, production, and operational support.

Hybrid Work Model

This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the

flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus.

The requirement for on-campus presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a

month. Additional requirements are determined by the role functions and operational needs of each business area.

Within ITS, the Digital Services branch helps clients achieve their business

objectives by leveraging the most appropriate IT solutions. The branch is a trusted partner that empowers business-driven innovative enabled by technology, with a mission to deliver high-quality analysis and digital consulting services.

The branch is comprised of cross-functional service delivery teams committed to

effective and efficient digital service delivery, within three practice areas: Digital Consulting & Design, Quality Assurance, and Production Support.
