What You’ll Be a Part Of
The Project Ninja Co-op role is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience supporting projects and initiatives across Iridia’s programs and operational teams, with a primary focus on Longevity Health and Organizational Health Programs (I-OHP) and Marketing initiatives. You’ll support moderately complex projects, help keep initiatives moving forward, and contribute to the day-to-day delivery of internal and client-facing work. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys variety, organization, collaboration, and learning how different parts of a growing organization fit together.
What You’ll Actually Do (Day-to-Day)
No two days look exactly the same, but here’s what you’ll regularly be involved in: Support Projects and Programs - You’ll provide coordination and administrative support for projects across Longevity Health, I-OHP, Marketing, and other operational teams, helping track tasks, timelines and deliverables. Support Marketing and Communications - You’ll assist with website updates, content creation, presentations, social media scheduling, webinars, and event or tradeshow preparation. Help Things Run Smoothly - You’ll support day-to-day operational and administrative activities across Remote Care Services (RCS), Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) programs, HR initiatives, and leadership projects as needed. Document and Improve Processes - You’ll help create and update process documentation, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assist with identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency. Work With Data and Tools - You’ll use tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, and other platforms to support tracking, reporting, presentations, and coordination. Connect and Collaborate - You’ll help facilitate morning huddles, support staff meetings, onboarding activities, and staff engagement initiatives—working closely with people across the organization.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, reliable, and ready to grow. You’ll likely be a great fit if you: Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op, internship, or related academic program Enjoy juggling multiple tasks and learning new things Use Microsoft Office regularly and experience with Canva, Wix, or WordPress is an asset Communicate clearly and professionally Like working in a fast-paced, team-based environment Take initiative and follow through on what you commit to
Important Information
Start Date: August 24, 2026 We’re flexible to accommodate exams and can explore a later or part-time start initially. We’d love for you to connect with our current co-op student ahead of their end of August departure to support a smooth handover.
End Date: December 31, 2026
With potential to extend for a second co-op term, totaling eight months. 37.5 hours per work week. This is an in-office role, and remote work is not offered.
