Your Impact The Program Manager, Professional Services Market Readiness – Americas, owns the regional Market Readiness operating plan and execution. The role translates global strategy into high quality regional programs. Core accountability: orchestrate offer launches, seller and partner enablement, and asset localization to raise Services attach, accelerate conversion, and create a predictable, scalable GTM engine in the Americas.
What The Role Offers
- Lead the Americas Market Readiness strategy, translating global plans into regional execution.
- Own and manage the AMER Market Readiness programs and calendar across service offers.
- Deliver regional launches tailored to AMER buyer behavior and commercial nuances.
- Plan and deliver seller and partner enablement through clinics, workshops, and scalable tools.
- Collaborate with partner/SAP GTM alliance teams to activate partner-led motions.
- Localize global messaging and assets to AMER market requirements.
- Create high-impact collateral including playbooks, battlecards, and customer-facing decks.
- Operate structured feedback loops with sellers and customers to refine messaging, demos, and enablement tools.
- Track performance metrics such as attach rate, conversion uplift, and asset engagement.
- Report program status, blockers, and contribute to global GTM planning and quarterly reviews.
What You Need To Succeed
- 10+ years in enterprise software/services across program management, product marketing, or enablement.
- 3+ years leading regional GTM initiatives with proven success in scaling services.
- Experience with professional services or information management markets preferred.
- Strong partner ecosystem knowledge, especially SAP/GSIs and joint GTM planning.
- Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and executive-ready communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Salesforce, enablement platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to define success metrics and track program impact from pilot to scale.
