As Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the sales department—setting direction, motivating your team, and ensuring the company not only meets but exceeds its revenue and margin goals. You’ll be at the centre of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with operations, purchasing, and logistics to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strengthen partnerships across the supply chain.

Some of What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while nurturing key client, vendor, and broker relationships
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to guide pricing and promotional decisions
• Forecast, track, and report on performance metrics, providing insights to the leadership team
• Hire, mentor, and motivate the sales team—fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
• Represent the company with confidence and credibility in all customer and supplier interactions

You Should Have the Following in your Background to Apply:

• 5+ years of experience leading a sales team, ideally in branded consumer goods or perishable food distribution
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving strategic sales targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
