About the Role and Our client :
Our client, a leading SaaS company in the direct mail industry, is seeking a highly skilled Partnership Executive to spearhead strategic alliances and drive impactful collaborations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the direct mail industry or a related field and has a proven track record of building enterprise deals, reseller relationships, and technology partnerships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and industry expertise to identify, cultivate, and grow high-impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development

Identify and evaluate potential enterprise, reseller, and technology partnership opportunities in the direct mail ecosystem.

Build and execute go-to-market strategies for key partnerships to maximize mutual value.

Develop business cases and pitch decks to secure buy-in from internal stakeholders and partners.
Relationship Management :
-
Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, resellers, and technology partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive partner engagement and success.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation:

Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that drive revenue growth and strategic value.

Structure complex deals with enterprise clients, including pricing models, revenue-sharing agreements, and integration terms.
Market & Industry Expertise:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape within the direct mail and related industries.

Provide thought leadership and insights to inform business strategies and partnership decisions.
Key Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, specifically in the **direct mail** industry.

Demonstrated success in closing enterprise deals and establishing reseller or technology partnerships.

Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.

Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of the direct mail landscape, including industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and how direct mail integrates with digital strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
