Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with a diverse customer base
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable with basic computer skills and administrative tasks
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed customer expectations
**Schedule:**Part‑Time; Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm & Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Compensation:$18.25 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line switchboard
- Assist customers with inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments
- Process payments for services and products
- Complete basic filing, data entry, and administrative support tasks
- Prepare documents and correspondence as needed
- Assist with dealer events, catering coordination, and employee engagement activities
- Manage petty cash, receipts, and logs where required
- Support the sales and service teams by managing new and used vehicle stock‑in processes
- Keep reception and lobby areas clean and welcoming
- Uphold Abbotsford Mazda’s customer service standards in all interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management
