During your internship, you will contribute to:
- Develop project plans, milestones, glide paths and supporting documentation
- Coordinate project activities for key operational initiatives that will impact all manufacturing sites across North America.
- Drive milestones and support the managing of project stakeholders.
- Craft clear communications to deliver key messages, using various mediums.
- Establish a mechanism for feedback and continuous improvement.
- Support the coordination of learning program logistics and manage training evidence.
- Facilitate recurring team and project meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Support team engagement activities using creative tools.
- Advise on the use of AI, emerging, and established technologies to drive business agility and transformation
During your internship, you will learn:
- Microsoft Office 365 tools and AI capabilities
- Communication and facilitation skills
- Adaptability in various cultures and languages
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques and tools
How to thrive in this role?
- You take initiative to analyze the situation, build an action plan and implement activities with minimal supervision
- You are a creative problem solver, possess a curious mind and have a positive attitude
- You have a fearless attitude towards trying new things
- You are passionate about engaging with people and communicating with others
- You are familiar with project management tools and mindset
- You have superior speaking and written skills in English (French and Spanish is an asset)
- You are able to work onsite 2-3 days per week
Boarding Information:
- Location: Global 5500/6500
- Duration: 12 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
