Local Class 1A Delivery Driver – All Fab Group

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a dependable, safety‑driven Class 1A Delivery Driver to join our transportation team. If you want a stable local driving role with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and getting you home every night, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Complete thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns. Secure all loads according to company, industry, and safety standards. Deliver trusses and building materials, including operating craning equipment when required. Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. Operate all equipment in accordance with company guidelines and provincial regulations. Maintain delivery timelines and communicate proactively about delays or route changes. Represent All Fab Group with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong customer‑service mindset.
What We’re Looking For
Valid Class 1A driver’s license with air endorsement. Experience delivering trusses or building materials (preferred). Skilled in operating a manual 13‑speed transmission. Strong knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Experience with craning and wide loads is an asset. Clean driving abstract and a strong commitment to safety. Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions with precision. Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
