Oracle ERP Functional Analyst
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Analyst with at least four years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and optimizing Oracle ERP modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to improve processes, resolve issues, and support ongoing system enhancements.
Here Is How You Will Be Involved
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within Oracle ERP.
- Configure and support Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or others as required by the organization.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing cycles, and production support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams to implement solutions.
- Support month end, quarter end, and year end business processes.
- Prepare documentation including functional specs, test scenarios, and user guides.
- Conduct user training and assist in change management activities.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve ERP workflows and system driven business processes.
Your Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a functional analyst working with Oracle ERP.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or procurement (depending on modules used).
- Experience with requirements gathering gap analysis, testing, and production support.
- Ability to work with technical teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
