Position Summary We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to follow direction from our F&B Supervisors to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our Premium Luxury Suites. In this role, y ou will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations.
This is a part-time role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - most shifts are scheduled for evenings and weekends.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Work independently when required using your own initiative.
- Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience
- Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in an events arena or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.80 CAD and is tip eligible

About The Venue Canada Life Place Arena in London Ontario is a space for fans to connect and build community spirit. The 10,000-seat multi-purpose venue has long been a symbol of pride and unity for the London community, bringing together fans, families, and visitors. Since opening in 2002, the venue has hosted over 2,800 events and welcomed more than 13 million guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintains apprearance and cleanliness os suite and food service during event
- Replenishes food and beverage product during event upon guests' requests
- Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests' idetification
- Maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
- Helps breakdown and cleans suites post event
Qualifications
- Vaild Smart Serve Certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in a higher-end and fast paced restaurant
- Demonstrates excellent guest service skills
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
- Demonstrate an elevated levelof guest service, anticipating guest's needs
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
