The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of enterprise platforms, SaaS products, web applications, and websites, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, and developers to plan, organize, and execute complex initiatives with precision. Your focus will be on systems, collaboration, and accountability – keeping teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and projects moving forward.

This role requires strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in transforming ideas into scalable digital solutions that help organizations grow and adapt.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end digital projects, from discovery and planning to delivery and launch, across enterprise platforms, SaaS products, web apps, and websites.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with PMBOK standards, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, translating complex technical concepts into clear updates and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with design and development teams to manage dependencies, address blockers, and maintain project velocity.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align goals, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Project reporting, build and interpret analytics dashboards.
  • Support process improvements, knowledge sharing, and best practices within Motiv’s delivery framework.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members and driving accountability and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a seasoned digital project manager with:

  • 5+ years managing digital product delivery such as enterprise platforms, SaaS products, web apps, or websites.
  • Strong understanding of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall principles; able to apply the right approach based on project type and complexity.
  • Comfortable working with software developers, designers, and strategists.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, CMS platforms, and product lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and digital product ecosystems; able to collaborate closely with developers and technical leads, understand solution diagrams, and communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to build trust and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and executives.
  • Proficiency with ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Exceptional time and task management across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Interest in emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data-driven platforms).
