The Interlake School Division (ISD) serves nearly 3000 students and employs over 500 staff in a variety of roles. ISD includes 13 public schools, 8 colony schools, and one off-campus program, all located in Manitoba’s Interlake region.

The Division is seeking a senior leader to support students and staff in reaching their full potential as contributing and responsible members of society.
The Successful Candidate will:
- Hold or be eligible for Manitoba teaching certification.
- Have a Bachelor of Education degree and a Master’s degree in Education, or be currently working toward a Master’s degree or other leadership certification.
- Have at least five (5) years of administrative experience in public education**.**Demonstrate strong management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show a solid understanding of educational practices and trends**.**
- Work effectively with others through cooperation, collaboration and innovation.
- Hold a valid Manitoba driver’s license (travel is required in this role).
Previous experience in school-based or divisional administration including staffing and personnel management is considered an asset. A strong understanding of Indigenous Education and the ability to communicate in French are also highly valued for this role.
