About the role
Overview We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who are currently pursuing (or have completed) a relevant graduate degree or professional certification.
This role is ideal for graduate-level trainees or early-career professionals with direct ASD experience in clinical, school, therapeutic, or family support settings.
We are looking to onboard selected candidates by early this week .
Key Responsibilities
- Support children or adolescents with ASD in structured settings (clinical, educational, or home-based, depending on project scope)
- Assist in implementing individualized plans (e.g., IEPs, therapy plans, behavior intervention plans)
- Document observations and provide structured feedback
- Apply evidence-based strategies for ASD intervention
- Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, or multidisciplinary teams
- Support families with guidance and structured communication (as applicable)
Required Qualifications Candidates must meet both of the following criteria:
1. ASD Experience
- Direct experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Exposure to behavioral, developmental, or therapeutic interventions
- Familiarity with IEPs, behavior plans, or structured developmental goals
2. Relevant Credential (Completed or In Progress) One or more of the following (or equivalent):

Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Graduate Student

Master’s student with hands-on ASD clinical experience
-
Occupational Therapy (OT) Graduate Student
-
Pediatric fieldwork with autism-focused caseload
-
School Psychology Graduate Student
-
Practicum experience conducting ASD evaluations or supporting IEP development
-
Master of Social Work (MSW) Student
-
Focus on pediatrics, disability services, or family support for children with ASD
-
BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)
-
Certified or in training
-
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
-
Advanced RBT or actively pursuing BCaBA certification
Equivalent degrees, certifications, or supervised training in related developmental or behavioral fields will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric or early childhood settings
- Familiarity with ABA principles
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Experience working with families of children with ASD
- Ability to work independently with supervision as needed
