What you'll need to have
•University degree and 3 years of related experience, or minimum 7 years of related experience.
- Experience designing, curating, and modifying learning content, programs and offers 3 years.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with learning solutions, tools, and program implementation.
- Experience managing or leading a team of professionals within a related field.
- Proficient in using Articulate 360 for eLearning development.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone.
- Experience in project management is considered an asset.
- Ability to create impactful reports and visualizations using Excel and similar applications.
- Please note this contract is for a minimum 12-month term with possibility of extension based on the business needs.
A day in your life with us
•Consult, guide, and deliver learning and leadership objectives, frameworks, processes and tools within the country in line with global CoE standards.
- Lead and guide country stakeholders to identify, validate, prioritize, and translate learning, skills and competence needs within the country and supports the deployment, delivery, and performance of solutions to achieve the planned goals and objectives within the country.
- Develop and plan learning and leadership objectives utilizing the global tools, solutions, and programs and supports the development of new leadership, learning and development in partnership with Group CoEs.
- Plan and organize the learning and leadership agenda for the country and unit priorities securing that learning is delivered in a relevant, accessible and equitable way throughout our business promoting our IKEA values and culture.
- Responsible for tracking and measuring learning and leadership content performance and providing the needed feedback to the global CoEs to secure learning is meeting standards and expectations.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 84960 CAD to 116820 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
