JOB DESCRIPTION Nous sommes à la recherche d'un gestionnaire de comptes stratégiques pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance, qui se concentre sur l'établissement et le maintien de relations solides avec des clients de centres de données multilocataires à travers le Canada. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des comptes cibles clés qui sont essentiels au succès à long terme de notre organisation.

En tant que conseiller de confiance, vous identifierez les opportunités de ventes croisées, de ventes incitatives et d'affaires récurrentes, tout en assurant le plus haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle. Il s'agit d'un poste à fort impact pour un professionnel motivé ayant de l'expérience dans la vente stratégique, en particulier dans les secteurs électrique ou mécanique.

Responsabilités:

  • Travailler avec l'équipe de vente pour créer et soutenir l'exécution des plans de comptes stratégiques pour les comptes clés désignés.
  • Développer de nouvelles activités en recherchant, qualifiant, contactant, présentant et concluant de nouveaux clients sur un territoire ou un segment de marché donné.
  • Développer en permanence des relations avec les parties prenantes des clients prioritaires, comprend leurs principaux problèmes commerciaux et recommande des moyens d'apporter de la valeur ajoutée.
  • Assurer la liaison entre les équipes sur le terrain et les équipes des comptes globaux en ce qui concerne la recherche de nouveaux accords, les engagements en matière de valeur ajoutée/coût total de possession (TCO) et l'augmentation de la part de portefeuille des clients.
  • Maintenir et gérer un pipeline d'opportunités pour les comptes désignés, y compris les renouvellements, les projets et les opportunités d'amélioration de la part de marché.
  • Communiquer à la direction l'activité des clients, l'état des opportunités, l'état des renouvellements et l'avancement du plan stratégique.
  • Participer aux efforts de développement de solutions qui répondent au mieux aux besoins des clients.
  • Engager les ressources commerciales des fournisseurs pour obtenir leur soutien et créer des solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou équivalent exigé ; diplôme de niveau baccalauréat préféré
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente à l'extérieur ou plus de 3 ans dans la gestion de comptes stratégiques et/ou des ventes.
  • Expérience réussie dans le maintien et le développement de relations clés
  • Connaissance des principes commerciaux et de gestion impliqués dans la planification stratégique, l'affectation des ressources, les techniques de leadership, les méthodes de production et la coordination des personnes et des ressources.
  • Capacité à comprendre où se trouve le potentiel dans les comptes assignés et à reconnaître et créer des opportunités.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec une aptitude à établir de solides relations avec les clients.
  • Solides compétences en matière de négociation et de résolution de problèmes
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et de Microsoft Office
  • Autonomie et capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression.
  • Expérience de l'exécution dans une organisation matricielle, avec gestion de multiples parties prenantes et projets
  • Capacité à voyager jusqu'à 25%.

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Multi-Tenant Data Center clients across Canada. In this role, you will work closely with key target accounts that are critical to the long-term success of our organization.

As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and repeat business, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact position for a driven professional with experience in strategic sales, especially within the electrical or mechanical sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Sales team to create and support the execution of the strategic account plans at key, named accounts.
  • Drives new business development by researching, qualifying, contacting, presenting, and closing new clients based on an assigned territory or market segment.
  • Continuously develops relationships with priority customer stakeholders, understands their key business issues, and recommends ways to deliver value.
  • Liaison between the field and Global Accounts teams as it relates to pursuing new agreements, Value-Add/Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) commitments and increasing customer wallet-share.
  • Maintains and manages a pipeline of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects, and share improvement opportunities.
  • Communicates customer activity, opportunity status, renewal status, and strategic plan progress to management.
  • Participates in solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
  • Engages supplier sales resources to enlist their support and create solutions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years proven sales experience in outside sales or 3+ years strategic account and/or sales management
  • History of success maintaining and developing key relationships
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resources
  • Ability to understand where potential exists in assigned accounts and can recognize and create opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Experience in executing in a matrix organization managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation Details: $103,577 - $129,471 Annually

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
