We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious, and fast-learning professional to partner directly with our Chief Strategy Officer and team, the innovation engine of Bond. Think of this as a front-row seat to the think tank of the organization, where ideas go from spark to prototype to client-ready solutions.

This role blends strategic exposure with operational excellence. You’ll be both the right hand and the right brain, managing priorities, driving momentum, and helping shape projects that push our business forward. You’ll be in the room for high-level client meetings, internal strategy sessions, and innovation sprints, while also ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Hours will ebb and flow; this isn’t a rigid 9-to-5, but the learning opportunity is huge for the right person.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being the right hand.  Partner closely with the CSO to keep priorities clear, projects moving, and time focused on what matters most. Weekly stop, start, continues to maintain alignment.
  • Mastering the calendar.  Manage an ever-changing schedule, anticipate conflicts, and handle travel, in coordination with the Bond travel team, and logistics with precision. Pick up new tools to help ease and speed the fluidity of logistics.
  • Manage key relationships. Serve as a trusted point of contact with clients, partners, and internal teams—always with professionalism and the spirit that represents Bond at it’s best.
  • Joining the action.  Attend client and internal meetings to capture insights, catalogue activities, track follow-ups, and ensure ideas move from discussion to action. Try out new AI tools to automate for speed and ease that scales the team.
  • Supporting innovation.  Research, organize, and prepare materials for strategy and innovation projects from early ideas to polished presentations. Stay connected to the content that’s shaping the future of our clients.
  • Keeping key projects on track.  Coordinate deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Handling with care.  Manage sensitive information and confidential materials with professionalism and discretion.
  • Making things happen.  From regular expense management to meeting prep, travel coordination to timely follow-ups, you’ll create the systems and processes that keep everything running seamlessly.
