Description
Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documentation. Ensure timely and accurate processing of lease renewals and amendments. Maintain and update lease records in the company database. Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with lease terms. Generate and analyze leasing reports to support decision-making processes. Assist with the coordination of lease negotiations and approvals. Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed. .
Profile
A successful Leasing Administrator (Commercial Real Estate) should have: Strong knowledge of lease agreements and commercial real estate processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
