Your mission should you accept it:
Under the supervision of the Director of Operational Excellence, THE Program Coordinator is responsible for operational management, coordination between internal and external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements related to the program. He/she carries out follow-ups related to the Federal Incentive Program (ITC) to ensure consistency and standardization in on-site processes and within the organization.

- College diploma in office automation, administration or any other related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administration or a related field;
- Bilingualism required (French and English);
- Excellent writing skills in French and English;
- Creativity, autonomy, attention to detail and rigor;
- Ability to adapt tone and messages to different audiences;
- Excellent organizational and planning and priority management skills.
What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
- Make follow-ups with the various projects;
- ITC record keeping;
- Ensure the implementation of ITC programs on each construction site;
- Communication with the various actors involved in ITC;
- Validate the compliance of apprentice requirements on all projects concerned;
- Communication with the various stakeholders involved in ITC, including our subcontractors if required;
- Collaborate with project teams to develop a requirements compliance strategy as required;
- Collaborate with project teams to develop a recovery plan if required;
- Compile the data and information received.
