Responsibilities & Expectations:

We are seeking a self-motivated and versatile Electronics Engineer to support product development, testing, and repair operations. This role requires a hands-on engineer with strong technical skills across multiple disciplines, including electronics design, mechanical integration, programming, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing projects, supporting technicians, and working in both development and repair environments while contributing to continuous improvement of processes and products.

  • Design and develop electronic circuits for new customer projects and product solutions
  • Create and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, procedures, and technical records
  • Provide technical support and guidance to technicians during repair and testing activities
  • Design, build, and maintain test stands and testing equipment
  • Develop and implement new procedures to support repair services and new product offerings
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems and components as required
  • Manage engineering tasks and project timelines to ensure deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and customer needs

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree (3–4 year) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong hands-on engineering skills with the ability to work across multiple technical disciplines
  • Experience using ECAD and MCAD design tools
  • Experience programming in multiple languages
  • Strong soldering and electronic assembly skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic systems

Pay Rate Details**:**$80,000 - $100,000 CAD, depending on skills and experience.
