Address: #110 - 2800 Highpoint Drive, Milton ON, L9T 6P4 Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm EST, Monday - Friday (40 Hours) Salary: $55,000 – $65,000/year You’re good at:
- With great customer service skills, you are happy to solve issues involving software and hardware
- Troubleshooting and solving or escalating issues from tickets from our ITSM, Freshservice
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
- The ability to work unsupervised, as the rest of the team will be in our head office in Vancouver, and you will be the only Support Analyst onsite in Milton. It is a small team in Milton, but friendly and enaging
You have:
- 2+ years experience in an enterprise support environment
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and peripherals, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows Workstations and Servers, SCCM, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud-based management tools such as Intune.
- Familiarity with MacOS and its integration into a Windows-based environment.
- A full Drivers licence
