Position Overview:TheData Entry Clerkplays an important support role in keeping daily operations running smoothly during peak vacation periods. This position provides accurate and timely data entry while also supporting Customer Service and Operations teams as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting a collaborative team.

Location: Moncton, NB
# of Positions: 2
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm | Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and data entry support

    • Entry of freight bills in a timely and accurate manner
    • Printing and preparing documentation for our operations team
    • Freight bill coding and scanning of documents
    • Monitoring and responding to the department's email inbox
  • Perform other related duties as required to support daily operations

What you Bring

  • Minimum of High School or equivalency.

  • Minimum of 55 words per minute, typing speed

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated with proven organizational skills.

  • Good communication skills with both internal and external customers.

  • Experience with transportation system (TruckMate) is an asset.

  • Transportation industry knowledge is considered an asset.
