We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to execute and manage Canadian marketing programs aligned to an annual strategic marketing plan. The primary goals of the role are to support medical affairs and commercial business goals, lead acquisition, build awareness of Avicanna’s portfolio of brands, foster patient retention, and provide sales support. We are seeking someone who is driven, ambitious, competitive, optimistic, resilient, analytic, a self-starter, independent, entrepreneurial and solution oriented.

Reporting to EVP of Marketing On-site, Toronto Office

Role and Responsibilities Supporting development and execution of sales and marketing strategy Analyzing medical market trends, sales and channels to support preparing forecasts Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns, to drive engagement and lead generation Contributes to new product development plans and programs, in collaboration with Medical Affairs team, including the successful launch to the Canadian Market Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives Pricing, product concepts, claims and specification, competitive product comparisons, new product introductions Developing and managing the marketing department's Canadian budget Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration Develop and manage promotional plans and materials for trade shows & events Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and patient engagement, and provide insights for continuous improvement Collaboration with design and digital team to develop patient and HCP centric communications and marketing materials Events management - in person and digital webinars Managing daily communications with suppliers for program and campaign execution Managing external agencies such as digital or PR agencies as required Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management - Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics Keeping informed of marketing strategies, trends and regulations such as analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies Medical marketing management including creating content, communications and gathering analytics for monthly reporting Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar At least 4 years' experience as a marketing manager Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results Experience in medical or pharmaceutical field an asset Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in healthcare marketing Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Must be flexible, able to pivot ideas and execution strategies readily within a fast paced and dynamic industry which is highly regulated Show initiative and generate new ideas to push brand awareness and sell through forward

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000

MyMedi.ca is operated by Northern Green Canada Inc., and features a diverse portfolio of products and pharmacist-led patient support programs. It also provides specialty services to distinct patient groups such as veterans and collaborates with public and private providers for adjudication and reimbursement.
