About the role

The Humberview Group is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to add to one of our teams in Mississauga.

Our Service Advisors are one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service.

They are responsible for advising customers on the necessary services required to their vehicle, as well as on routine maintenance. This individual will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships.

Pay: $50,000 to $100,000 a year.

Job Duties:

  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Dealing with customer’s inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What We Look For:

  • A great attitude!

  • Previous Service Advisor experience.

  • Understanding of CDK would be considered an asset.

  • Strong technical/mechanical knowledge is required.

  • A valid G driver’s license and clean drivers’ abstract.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Friendly and a trustworthy individual.

  • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.

  • Excellent listening skills.

  • Problem solver.
