Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to support brand awareness and revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling content, managing social media calendars, monitoring engagement, responding to audience interactions, and analyzing performance metrics. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align social content with broader marketing initiatives, and will continuously test and refine social media tactics to improve reach and conversion. This role also involves staying current with platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools to keep client brands competitive and relevant. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multi-platform campaigns. Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning, creating, and organizing content that supports brand and business objectives. Solid foundation in Digital Marketing, including paid social, analytics, and integration with broader marketing funnels. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar). Demonstrated ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies based on performance results. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous agency experience or experience working with multi-location brands is an asset.
