As Sales Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department and guide our talented team of Product Ambassadors in achieving their goals. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional dealership experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to exceed performance targets
- Managing new and pre-owned inventory and ensuring the lot presentation meets brand standards
- Creating and monitoring sales goals, processes, and performance metrics
- Delivering exceptional customer service while fostering long-term client relationships
- Collaborating with other department leaders to support dealership success and profitability
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven success in automotive sales, finance, or sales management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A customer-first mindset with a talent for turning inquiries into lasting relationships
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and a drive to achieve results
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
