Job Description

Under the direction of the General Manager, we are seeking a Bartender at Drift who will be responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging, five-star guest experience by preparing and serving beverages to the highest standards.

What you will be doing:

• Creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service;
• Providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions;
• Promptly receiving drink order chits and preparing beverages;
• Communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members;
• Stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place;
• Checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels;
• Counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering.

The person we are looking for has:

• A valid Serve Right certification
• Strong cocktail recipe knowledge
• Moderate wine knowledge
• A passion for food, beverage, and providing excellent customer service
• 2-3 years experience working in a luxury or fine-dining establishment is considered a strong asset
