Remote Digital Marketing – PPC (Mid-Senior Contract)
About the role
This role is focused on building, launching, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for a mortgage lending business targeting Americans purchasing homes abroad, with an initial focus on Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, specifically in pay-per-click advertising, campaign management, and performance optimization. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the chance to shape and scale advertising efforts from the ground up, with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on results.
Deliverables
Set up and configure Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts from near-scratch Develop, launch, and monitor high-performing ad campaigns tailored to the target audience Write compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and drives conversions Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights Collaborate with stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and industry best practices
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including account setup and optimization Strong copywriting skills for digital advertising Proficiency in pay-per-click (PPC) strategies and campaign analytics Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to ad performance Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Availability for ongoing collaboration if required
