About the role
As a Claims Representative II, Auto, you will assist customers who have experienced an automobile loss, disrupting their daily routines, such as dropping children at school, commuting to work or school, or completing tasks with commercial vehicles.
By demonstrating empathy, care, strong listening skills, and organizational prowess, you will guide them through the process to quickly and efficiently get them back on track.

We are looking for creative, customer‑focused individuals with over a year of experience in Auto Adjusting to join our expanding team.
What you will do here:
- Collaborate with the customer, appraisers, vendors and other key players to investigate claim details and gather information or documentation in order to make decisions to move claims forward to closure in a timely manner
- Analyze the information, interpret insurance policy wordings, determine coverage, liability and assess damages for the purpose of indemnity
- Maintain meaningful and timely communication with the customer via text, email and telephone
- Identify process improvements, provide solutions and/or recommendations to improve efficiencies and drive change to ensure effortless customer experiences
- Demonstrate commitment to continued learning and being curious, keeping your finger on the pulse of market trends, including but not limited to, legislative changes to auto coverage within each provincial jurisdiction
- Adapt quickly to new & enhanced system/IT technologies or process improvements
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum 1 year of auto adjusting experience required
- Passion for guiding people through the entire claims process during difficult times
- Experience negotiating total loss settlements
- Experience determining liability percentages and settling losses
- Desire to mentor new claims adjusters and collaborate with colleagues when reviewing challenging claims
- Adaptable and agile in a rapidly evolving business
- Demonstrates a passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment
- A forward thinker who is able to foster new ideas
- Superior organizational skills and results‑driven
- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to learn and work effectively in a hybrid environment
Our team operates in a partial queue system, balancing time between managing new claims and progressing existing cases to resolution. Our core business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST. You will be scheduled shifts within these hours, totaling a 35‑hour workweek.

Salary
Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:
$51,500.00 - $77,300.00
