Position: Contributor for AI Research Initiative
Type: Contract Compensation: $35–$50/hour Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate pairs of AI-generated responses to identify which better demonstrates therapeutic qualities.
- Assess responses for empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness.
- Provide rewritten responses when both fall short, ensuring strong therapeutic communication.
- Influence the development of safer, more supportive AI mental-health tools.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Experience in evaluating conversational models.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic communication principles.
