We work hand-in-hand with CFOs and finance leaders to strengthen and modernize finance and accounting operations—ensuring transparency, integrity, and robust governance that drive profitability and actionable insights. Our approach is grounded in deep accounting expertise. From optimizing core processes like project accounting, fixed asset accounting, forecasting, period close, and consolidation to advancing managerial accounting, we help clients build a foundation for informed decision-making. This strong accounting knowledge is essential as we design target operating models, select and implement finance technologies, and navigate regulatory compliance. With a global network of professionals, we bring a “Finance of the Future” vision to life—combining strategic thinking with practical execution across ERP and EPM systems, reporting and analytics, and technology-enabled transformation. As trusted advisors, we empower finance teams to become insightful business partners who lead with confidence and clarity. Technology Strategy and Transformation KPMG's Technology Strategy and Transformation service is a part of their Management Consulting practice. It is designed to help businesses align their technology capabilities with their strategic and operational objectives. This service provides guidance on how to leverage technology to transform business operations, improve performance, and create value. The Technology Strategy and Transformation service includes various aspects such as IT strategy development, IT cost optimization, IT architecture and solutions design, digital and emerging technology solutions, IT service management, and IT sourcing and procurement. The goal is to help organizations make informed decisions about technology investments and deployments, and to manage the risks associated with these decisions. What You Bring To The Role For Consultant Level
- You are graduating/graduated from a university degree program (we will be considering candidates from a spectrum of programs such as Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, Arts, etc.)
- You are a highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of obstacles and opportunities
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have a strong academic record
- You have the ability to work independently without supervision, and to work well in a team.
- You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure
