What You'll Be Doing Reporting to the Director, Marketing – Digital, the successful candidate will play a key supporting role in maintaining and improving Ross Video’s digital presence. This position will provide hands-on experience in managing digital content, website updates, and online marketing activities that help drive engagement with customers and prospects.

You will:

  • Support website maintenance and updates through WordPress, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and accessibility.
  • Manage incoming digital marketing requests through Asana, helping route and track progress across the team.
  • Assist in organizing, uploading, and managing assets across digital platforms including our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, video platforms, and other content repositories.
  • Help coordinate and publish digital content, including blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia materials.
  • Provide support for digital marketing activities, including basic email marketing, SEO optimization, and analytics tracking.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers in Figma and other tools to support digital projects and website enhancements.
  • Contribute to other marketing activities and technical projects as required.

What You Know

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program such as Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or Computer Science, or another program with a focus on digital technologies.
  • Basic understanding of website management, particularly within WordPress.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
