Company Description Brick Labs Inc. builds creative, curious and confident learners in our community. As we continue to grow our programs and locations, we are looking for instructors who love to deliver joyful and engaging learning activities to elementary-aged students. Role Description The Lead Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto (East York), ON. This position is responsible for planning, facilitating, and debriefing LEGO-based programs, including classes, camps, field trips and work shops. Day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, leading activities, and guiding participants. The Lead Instructor will coordinate closely with clients to understand individual needs, adjust in real time, and ensure students reach their learning objective. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior facilitators, contributing to new program development, and supporting business growth through high-quality delivery and client communications. Qualifications Coaching and training skills, including experience leading group workshops, managing diverse participants, and encouraging active engagement. Curriculum and session design capabilities, such as planning interactive activities, structuring learning outcomes, and tailoring content to different audiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, attentive listening, and the ability to build rapport with clients and participants. Organizational and logistical skills, including time management, session preparation, materials coordination, and attention to detail during delivery. Experience with creative or experiential learning methods Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, with flexibility to support off-site sessions when required. Previous experience in children's education Post-secondary education and/or experience in education or STEM related subjects required. Ability to pass a vulnerable sector screening check.
