• A successful candidate will be an experienced event marketer that can develop strategic, audience-centric experiences that drive business impact
• You must have knowledge of event production best practices, thrive on working on complex projects, strong cross-team collaboration abilities, and have the flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment
• 8+ years of experience in event planning and production, with strong experience in client-side event management
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management
• Creative problem solving skills
• Ability to execute remotely and work in a global and distributed environment
• Flexibility and desire to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays

• We are seeking a high performing, creative, and hands-on Events Marketing Manager to oversee the planning and execution of Sui Foundation events worldwide
• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including project plans and timelines, marketing and promotions, vendor management, budget management, and measurement
• Drive shared vision across teams and stakeholders, providing confident leadership to drive thought leadership and evangelize excellence in event marketing
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify event goals, target audiences and key messages, and business outcomes
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify opportunities for growth
