Pwner Profit is assembling a pre-funding leadership and advisory team to help guide the next stages of company growth and capitalization. This opportunity is intended for experienced fundraising professionals who are interested in helping shape an emerging entertainment and Web3 ecosystem during its build phase. Participants contribute strategically while operations continue toward future funding and revenue milestones. Current participation is remote and begins on a part-time basis. As funding and revenue stages are achieved, opportunities may evolve into funded contract engagements with expanded responsibilities.
Your Mission
As an experienced fundraiser, you are an expert at crafting compelling investment narratives and pursuing the most suitable capital sources. You play a central role in funding strategy and have significant influence over the company's capital acquisition efforts.
Your primary responsibility is identifying and engaging qualified investors, arranging meetings for founders, facilitating follow-up activities, and helping maintain investor relationships. Past experience successfully raising capital is highly valued, and your expertise helps guide fundraising activities toward successful outcomes.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication. Comfortable with presentations and investor discussions.
Financial and Analytical Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to understand investment structures and capital requirements. Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to provide regular reporting and progress updates.
Negotiation
Communicate the long-term value and potential of the opportunity. Address investor questions professionally and confidently. Help position investment opportunities appropriately.
Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with books and frameworks such as Pitch Anything by Oren Klaff is considered beneficial.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
At least three years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or marketing. Demonstrated experience supporting capital acquisition efforts. Strong research and relationship-building capabilities. Highly self-motivated and proactive.
Preferred
Experience in software, gaming, Web3, internet, or alternative investment sectors. Previous experience raising or investing in technology ventures. Existing relationships with investors, family offices, strategic partners, or relevant networks are considered an advantage. Confidence in public speaking and presentations. Background in communications, business, public relations, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities
Participate in strategy and planning meetings with the fundraising team. Effectively communicate the organization's mission, vision, products, and growth plans. Produce monthly internal reports summarizing fundraising progress. Research and identify potential investors and strategic partners. Conduct outreach and build long-term relationships. Help refine pitch decks, business plans, and marketing materials. Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns. Maintain communication with investors and stakeholders.
Key Duties
Supporting Funding Activities
Assist in guiding the stages and phases of capital acquisition as determined by operational priorities.
Investment Structuring
Support discussions around investment terms, valuation considerations, and capitalization strategies while helping founders and stakeholders understand investment processes.
Strategic Guidance
Provide insight and introductions that may support future funding rounds and company growth. Help identify potential challenges and opportunities as the company scales.
Risk Awareness
Contribute to evaluating the business model, growth assumptions, revenue opportunities, and overall capital requirements.
Milestones
Support completion of Stage 3 funding rounds as defined by the company's term structure. Assist efforts to establish sustainable production funding for continued development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or business development. Strong research and discovery skills. High degree of self-motivation and initiative. Ability to work effectively in an early-stage environment.
Preferred Skills
Communications, business, or public relations experience. Experience with technology ventures, gaming, Web3, or tokenized ecosystems. Existing investor relationships are advantageous. Confidence in public speaking and presenting.
