By joining our team as a Digital Advisor, you will be able to put your passion, curiosity, proactivity, and analytical skills to work in support of digital evolution. In your cross-functional role, you will collaborate with and influence several teams in the individual insurance, savings, and retirement business line on digital projects and initiatives. You will also contribute to the evolution of our digital tools for advisors, primarily by defining and optimizing digital experiences and ensuring their implementation in collaboration with other stakeholders.

You will play an important role in advancing our practices and will be able to contribute significantly to the development of an advisor- and client-centric culture.

What You Will Accomplish With Us As a digital experience advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission.

Here are the main responsibilities:

• Represent users: understand and integrate the needs of advisors by ensuring that their voices are heard
• Define and optimize digital advisor journeys
• Help identify MVP (minimum viable product) digital solutions
• Monitor performance: help define and monitor key digital performance indicators
• Collaborate on UX planning and research: semi-structured interviews, user tests, surveys
• Digital monitoring: stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices
• Analyze and recommend: ensure a good understanding of business issues and ensure that recommendations are based on data, feedback, market analysis, and emerging trends
• Support the digital strategist in the sector's digital projects

This role requires a combination of digital skills, project management, data analysis, and a strong customer focus to succeed in creating engaging and effective digital experiences.

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Position Qualifications:

• Passionate about digital technology
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a major in marketing, e-commerce, or another relevant field
• Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of digital technology and experience with digital projects
• Excellent ability to understand and analyze data
• Knowledge of insurance and individual savings
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Independent, proactive, and excellent team player
• Highly detail-oriented and thorough
• Intermediate level of English, as the person will be communicating with internal and external partners on a daily basis.
